D & J Plastics was established in 1999 and is not just a woman owned enterprise, it is a small business that offers customers the highest level of service and quality at very competitive pricing. Our lean structure, with full support from a larger manufacturer, allows us to react quickly to the customer’s needs.
Thermoforming involves heating a sheet of plastic to a specific temperature that will soften it, making the material "formable." The hot, flexible sheet is then drawn down over or into a mold, providing the desired shape and detail.
From light gauge (.020”) parts used in the packaging industry to heavy gauge (.250”) parts used in medical and industrial applications, D&J can handle your requirements. With forming equipment capable of part sizes to 72” x 96” we can produce a wide size range of products to fit your needs.
Trimming and Routing
From simple hand routing of parts, to the use of our Onsrud single station router and into our multiple axis CNC router, D&J provides solutions that meet your design and quality needs. Fixturing can range from very simple trim fixtures to complex vacuum table fixtures and are engineered and produced through our local partner facility.
